How long until I receive my items?
J'Bug items are all made to order and as I'm a one woman show, it can take up to 28 work days for your items to be dispatched. 

Delivery times are as follows:

Australian shipping: 2-7 business days 
New Zealand: 10-16 business days
Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe: 10-28 business days 
Rest of the world: 14-30 business days

All packages are delivered by Sendle, a 100% Carbon Neutral delivery company. Please see checkout for shipping rates based on items purchased.

Why hasn't my packaged arrived yet?
Once the package is handed over to Sendle, please use their tracking and customer service centres to keep an eye on your parcel. You can do that here:

How do I care for my items?
All pieces will come with specific care instructions that will be included in your parcel. Keep a look out! It's V cute.

What sizes do you offer?
I offer sizes 4-30, please see the sizing chart here. Some items have an oversized fit, so please check item descriptions for fit information.  

Do you offer custom sizing?
Not currently, no. I believe J'Bug to be a very size inclusive brand but will be working towards custom sizing in the future.  

The piece I wanted is out of stock, what do I do?
Drops are every 4-8 weeks and in very limited availability so if you have your eye on something you can turn on notifications or signup for the email list so you don't miss out. 

Do you offer custom pieces?
This is very dependent on what's happening with the shop and when! If you have ideas or want to collaborate, please send me an email at info@jitterbugthelabel.com and I can let you know my availability. 

Can I return my piece?
If you change your mind or have chosen an incorrect size, I won't be able to offer refunds. Everything is made to order, just for your bod. Please make sure to check your sizes before ordering and feel free to send me a message if you need anything clarified. 

If your piece is faulty for any reason, you are eligible for either an exchange, repair or refund. I pride myself on having high quality pieces, but please contact me at info@jitterbugthelabel.com if you have any concerns with your piece.
